From a far, it looks like a dark, thick and haunted forest. Though only after a few minutes in, its not as dark as it appears. Almost all the plants are bio-luminescent, they resemble coral reefs and other see flora. The animals are also of ocean thinking, tiny groups of baby moon jelleys float in the air and emit a haunting glow.

A haunting blue form glides through the forest of purple and blue glowing sea fans. A flamming dusk mane and tail trails after him. The light from glowing pollen light up Spectre's flaming red eyes and hooves. He gazed around his glowing world and seemed content, but his fiery eyes hardly shows emotion. His golden shackles jingle as he moves though his home. There is a hidden tale that goes with them, but very few will ever know it.

The stallion rather be present than actually observed. He is a haunting as his name implies, but not a mischief or a vengeful one. He more of a physical presence than a sound-full one. Spectre will join others and hangout, but he is not one to cause anything, just goes with it.
